The phone (BLU R1 HD) burned 2 brand new (different brands too) microSD cards (a 32GB, and a 64GB, and both were bought on Amazon).That's when I realized the phone was defective.

After going through all their tests and questions, they agreed to send a replacement (which would be a used phone), but only after they receive your return (you'll pay for the return too) and inspect the phone (again!). In the mean time, you'd just lost a lot of data (on the SD cards), time, money (SD cards, accessories) while ending up with a used phone (I did pay for a new phone).

Ah!Also, good luck understanding their reps.
