Hi my name is laquissha ive received a free tablet with internet but i dont have a sim card i got this tablet 4/22 i believe havent been able to use it yet

I got my tablet less than a month ago. When I got it, there was a tiny chip on the left side of the screen.

I didn't want to bother anyone with it, but now the screen is cracked across because it splintered. I am so heartbroken. I absolutely love this device and I cannot afford to buy another one at all. I can't even open the tablet from the passcode screen now.

I am just so upset by this. Please, please can you help? I saved the box and paperwork.

I called customer service but only got a recording that said, 'Thank you for calling. Goodbye.' I want to know why I don't have service if this is a government phone.

When I try calling customer service on the Blu phone line, it says the line is busy. This has been going on for two days.

I got a blu smartphone m8l tablet and was setting it up and stop to get something to eat and then it had a password on it and I never put it on there and I didn't even finish setting it up and now I can't get it off to be able to use it and I called so many different numbers to get help and every number says there closed to call back another day. This is the worst company and the product sucks

I factory resetting my phone. It was working fine until I did reset it now when I go to turn the phone on it gets stuck on the booting screen and it just says blue smart phones, and it stays stuck on there for hours and I cannot get it to come off of it no matter what I do.

To start, they could answer their damn phone. Their customer service is non-existent.

Didn't get to speak to anyone, human or otherwise. Dumbest phone I have ever seen. Wouldn't advise anyone to pay for this Bydon phone that's as stupid as he is.
