Blu Products - Really bad company and phones
2nd phone. Goes to sleep within ten seconds when it is set for 30 seconds. I am certified in Android and iOS. Checked all settings, reset app preferences, put it in safe mode, software up to date. 2nd phone that did this, Different model so it's the Blu product that's faulty. Their warranty exchange process is a joke, wanting me to be without a phone for 2weeks. Absolutely unexceptable.

Blu Products - No matter how much you spend for one they all break in weeks
Under$100 phone will be too slow and can't use any apps. $200 up last 6 mouths. Have three of them the memory card stopped working customer service no help or not help spent almost $600 on another one it fell off my bed and cracked the LED. Supposed to had the new Gorilla Glass. Customer service said your problem. All the money I sent doesn't mean anything to them.
