Blu Products - They don't give a *** Software updates killed my phone!
BLU never contacted me back, nor is their phone working again, but I really don't care, as I purchased a new Huawei Mate 10 SE and enjoy it very much. I wouldn't purchase another BLU Product again, they have the absolute WORST customer service that I've encountered.
If you have ANY doubts, call them and the FIRST thing that they're going to ask you is for your IMEI of the phone. IT'S MY EXPERIENCE THAT BLU PRODUCTS DOESN'T GIVE A RAT'S *** ABOUT YOU OR YOUR DEVICE.
THE BETTER BBB WON'T EVEN GIVE THEM A RATING. YA THINK?

So, since December 2017 they've KNOWN as issue exists, yet they're "not doing a *** thing". It's been 9 MONTHS now, and still no fix..........
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
